ORGANIZATION

The “Pure Meetings & Events” event is organized by Globe Network, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.

PURPOSE

These regulations define the conditions under which the Organizer sets up and operates this event. They specify the respective obligations and rights of the participant and the Organizer. The participant formally undertakes to comply with these regulations.

The term “VIP Visitor” refers to any person registering for the trade show as part of a program covering their transportation.

ARTICLE 1 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

The VIP Visitor program includes:

• Reimbursement of round-trip transportation, by train or plane, from the main cities listed by Pure Meetings & Events, on a 2nd class or economy class basis, subject to the completion of the scheduled appointments.

• An appointment schedule with exhibitors, which must be respected.

• Participation in the cocktail.

The VIP Visitor program does not include anything not listed above, in particular:

• Travel insurance.

• Civil liability insurance: by participating in Pure Meetings & Events, you confirm that you are personally insured for any damage or harm you may cause to a third party.

• Trips not included in the program.

• Transportation from your home to the departure point.

• Additional food and beverages.

• Any upgrade.

• Personal extras.

• Baggage fees and tips.

ARTICLE 2 - EVENT PROGRAM

The program and the organizational arrangements of the trade show, including the dates, duration and location of the trade show, are determined by the Organizer and may be modified at its initiative.

As part of your participation as a VIP Visitor, you undertake to respect and participate in the program, namely the appointments and the lunch.

The Organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event, as well as the possibility to cancel the participation of a visitor or an exhibitor without any claim or compensation being made.

ARTICLE 3 - APPOINTMENTS

As a “VIP Visitor”, your attendance at the trade show is financed by the exhibitors. Therefore, you undertake to attend the entire trade show and to request a minimum of 15 appointments with the exhibitors of your choice.

You also undertake to honor all of your appointments.

When you schedule an appointment with an exhibitor or add an exhibitor to your favorites, you agree that we may inform the exhibitor as part of their appointment schedule.

ARTICLE 4 - COMMERCIAL SOLICITATION

Your presence at the trade show falls within the context of organizing one of your professional events abroad.

If you have a dual Buyer/Service Provider role, you undertake not to sell your services during the trade show.

Service providers are only admitted as exhibitors.

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from the event, without prior notice, any person who does not comply with these commitments.

ARTICLE 5 - ADMISSION CONTROL

The Organizer is not required to justify the decisions it makes regarding participation requests.

Acceptance of participation is confirmed by the Organizer’s validation to the participant. An acknowledgement of registration does not under any circumstances constitute acceptance of participation.

A participation request from a participant whose affairs are managed, for any reason whatsoever, by a court-appointed representative or with their assistance shall be void, even if it has been accepted. This applies in particular to any participation request from a company that files for bankruptcy between the date of the participation request and the opening date of the event.

However, if the company is judicially authorized to continue its operations, the Organizer may freely decide to maintain its participation.

ARTICLE 6 - TRANSFER

Unless prior written authorization is granted by the Organizer, a participant may not transfer or share, whether for payment or free of charge, all or part of their participation in the trade show.

ARTICLE 7 - CANCELLATION

Any cancellation must be notified and justified by the VIP Visitor by email to production@pure-meetings.com.

You may be replaced by a person from your company with equivalent responsibility and/or position, subject to validation by Pure Meetings & Events.

Any additional fees related to changing the first name and last name on tickets shall be borne by you.

ARTICLE 8 - INSURANCE

The organizers are civilly liable in their capacity as organizers of the trade show. This liability may under no circumstances extend to damage caused by third parties to participants.

The owners of the premises used during the trade show are liable in their capacity as owners of the buildings and facilities, whether fixed or temporary, used for the trade show, as well as for the operation of the activities and businesses they manage directly. The same applies to all external companies.

The participant must be covered by an individual civil liability insurance policy and shall be liable for all damage caused to others, whether by themselves, their staff or their installations.

The participant must be covered by an insurance policy guaranteeing their own equipment or any entrusted goods brought to the event.

It is the responsibility of each participant to insure the protection of their property and personal effects. The Organizer accepts no liability in this respect.

ARTICLE 9 - CUSTOMS

Each participant is responsible for completing customs formalities for materials and products coming from abroad.

The Organizer may not be held responsible for any difficulties that may arise during these formalities.

ARTICLE 10 - VISA AND FORMALITIES

Each participant is responsible for completing the necessary formalities to enter the territory and obtain a visa, when required, depending on their nationality.

If you are asked to provide an invitation letter or certificate from the trade show Organizer, you must request it at production@pure-meetings.com.

Non-participation in the event caused by failure to complete entry formalities and/or obtain a visa shall be considered a last-minute cancellation.

ARTICLE 11 - SAFETY

The participant is required to comply with the safety measures imposed by administrative or judicial authorities, as well as any safety measures taken by the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify compliance with these measures.

Surveillance is carried out under the control of the Organizer; its decisions regarding the application of safety rules are immediately enforceable.

ARTICLE 12 - PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING

The VIP Visitor expressly authorizes the Organizer:

• To take, if it so wishes, photos and/or films representing them.

• To freely use these images on all media, including advertising media, in France and abroad, without any time limit.

• To cite and reproduce free of charge their brand or corporate name as a commercial reference for the purposes of its communication, on all media, both in France and abroad, without any time limit.

ARTICLE 13 - APPLICATION OF THE REGULATIONS

Any breach of the provisions of these regulations and of the internal rules issued by the Organizer may result in the exclusion of the offending participant, even without prior formal notice.

ARTICLE 14 - MODIFICATION OF THE REGULATIONS

The Organizer reserves the right to decide on all cases not provided for in these regulations and to make any necessary amendments or additions, which shall become immediately applicable.

ARTICLE 15 - DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute, the participant undertakes to submit their claim to the Organizer before any legal proceedings.

Any action brought before the expiry of a period of fifteen days from this declaration shall, with the participant’s formal consent, be declared inadmissible.

In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Organizer’s registered office shall have sole jurisdiction.
